This guidebook to the Greek island of Corfu describes a selection of 22 superb day walks throughout the island, along with the 150km Corfu Trail. The day walks range from 3.5 to 18km in length, and begin from a number of popular holiday destinations across the island, including Corfu Town (home of the Durrell family), Kalami, Paleokastritsa, Agios Georgios north and south, Liapades and Benitses. The 10-stage Corfu Trail starts near Kavos at the island's southernmost tip and ends at Agios Spiridonas, its northerly promontory.

The Corfu Trail is suitable for both novice and experienced walkers, and can be walked year round, however accommodation is easier to find between May to October. The wide range of day walks provides a taste of the many different landscapes of the island from coastal paths and beaches to olive groves and wooded hills. Alongside detailed route descriptions and clear maps, the guidebook has notes on Corfu's plants and wildlife, food and drink, and useful advice on travel to and around the island.

It includes suggestions for where to stay, as well as a glossary of useful expressions. The GR7 is one of Europe's longest GR long-distance routes, stretching from Tarifa, the southernmost town of continental Europe, through Spain, Andorra and France to Alsace. The route splits at the small village of Villanueva de Cauche, and the guide describes both the northern and southern variants.

This is the definitive rock climbing guidebook covering Bosigran and the North Coast of Cornwall from Wicca Pillar to Land's End near Penzance. It covers 14 crags including the excellent crags of Bosigran, Kenidjack and Sennen. In total over 1,200 routes are described across a wide range of grades including many classics. The 14 crags covered are as Zennor Cliff, Gurnard's Head, Robin's Rocks, Halldrine Cove, Bosigran, The Great Zawn, Pendeen Cliffs, Trewellard, Carn Vellan, Botallack Head Zawn, Kenidjack Cliffs, Aire Point, Sennen, and Land's End.

This guidebook has been extensively revised from 2010 guidebook with the routes shown on colour photo topos along with a good description. A new set of crag location maps will make approaching the crags and identifying the routes even easier. This is especially at the more remote venues. Published in January 2016 by the Climbers Club, this guidebook is only volume 1 of this series. Volume 2 covering Chair Ladder, the south coast and the Lizard will be published as a separate guidebook.
